Here, you will have a key role in daily operations, driving the business forward while creating engagement within your team.

About the role

As a shift leader, you are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the work during the evening shift together with the warehouse manager and team leader. You ensure that staffing, flows, and working methods function – every day.

The role involves personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence both working methods and development within the business.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and distribute operational work during the evening shift
• Plan staffing and participate in scheduling
• Ensure efficient flows in the terminal and transport
• Administrative tasks at our goods receiving area
• Monitor operations, report deviations, and drive improvements
• Engage in dialogue with customers related to daily operations
• Ensure work is carried out according to routines, legal requirements, and safety standards
• Contribute to the development of the business, working methods, and team

Personnel responsibility

You lead and develop your team in daily work. This means that you:

• Create structure and clarity in the work
• Conduct employee meetings and follow up on performance and development
• Plan staffing and participate in recruitment
• Contribute to a good work environment with order, clarity, and safety

We are looking for you who

Have a natural drive in your leadership and thrive in a business where much is happening.

We see that you have:

• 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics or transport
• Experience in transport management or similar operational control
• Experience from the logistics industry

And preferably:

• Forklift license
• CE driving license

Skills & requirements

• Good knowledge of the Transport Workers' Agreement
• Knowledge of driving and rest times
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good skills in Office 365
• B driving license
